Norad began tracking Santa Claus back in 1955. They continue to track Santa every Christmas eve and are the official tracker of Mr Claus. It is said that it would be impossible for one to deliver gifts worldwide within 24 hours, so the only logical conclusion suggests that Santa functions within his own time-space continuum.
